TERMS FOR PRODUCT RETURN AND CHANGE

If you make an order electronically through our web store, you shall be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distant sales contract provided to you.

If the protective elements of the product such as gelatin, label, original box/package, tape, seal, package are intact, you can return the products that have not lost their resealability feature, within fourteen days from the date of delivery, by courier.

The purchased product has to be sent in its unused, undamaged original package with its label.

In case of return of the products requested to be changed or returned by cargo, the shipping fee shall be borne by the Seller. The Buyer has the right to send cargo at the Seller’s expense.

You have to deliver the product to us as stated above within 10 (ten) days from the date you use your right of withdrawal.

After checking the compliance of your product with the return and change terms, the transaction status shall be sent to you via e-mail.

Refunds shall be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date we receive the notification that you exercise your right of withdrawal. The refund shall be made in the same way as the payment method you used when purchasing the product. Our company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by your bank. If you cannot receive your refund within the specified time period, please contact your bank first and then us.
